Production Time and Express Production

The production time refers exclusively to the time our artists need to create your portrait. Typically, an additional 1-2 days are required for shipping to your home. However, we are often faster than the production time you selected.

For Europe & Worldwide (e.g., USA, Canada, UK, France, Italy...)

  • 60 Days Production: ~ $5.00 (€4.99)
  • 30 Days Production: ~$8.00 (€7.99)
  • 15 Days Production: ~$15.00 (€14.99)
  • 10 Days Production: ~$25.00 (€24.99)
  • 7 Days Express Production: ~$30.00 (€29.99)

    Shipping Providers

    • Within Germany: Our prints are shipped via DHL.
    • International Orders: UPS may be used for international shipments.

    Once handed over to the shipping provider, you will receive an email with tracking details for your package.

    Pick-Up Service

    • Orders must be picked up on the scheduled pick-up day and time.
    • If the order is not collected on time, we will remind you via email and/or phone and set a grace period of one business day.
    • Pick-Up Price: Free per order.

    Additional Payment Details

    • For credit card payments, the charge is processed upon contract conclusion.
